Dont Let your phone have the first word
Don't Let Your Phone Have the First Word
Psalm 5:3
"My voice You shall hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning I will direct it to You, and I will look up."
For many people, the first voice of the morning comes from a screen. Before their feet touch the floor, they have already absorbed messages, headlines, emails, problems, and everybody else's priorities.
David chose differently. He gave God the first conversation of the day.
What speaks to you first often shapes what you carry next. Before the world tells you what to fear, what to buy, what to answer, and what to worry about, let God settle your spirit.
Here's the challenge: Who has been getting the first and freshest part of your attention each morning?
Action Step: Tomorrow, do not touch your phone for the first ten minutes after waking. Give those minutes to God.
Have a centered and Victorious Friday
