Anger loves rehearsal. You replay what they said, how they said it, what you should have said, and what you'll say next time. Every replay adds fuel to the fire. But maturity knows when to let wisdom interrupt emotion.

You don't have to attend every fight you're invited to. Sometimes victory is walking away with your character intact.

Here's the challenge: Are you more committed to getting even or staying whole?

Action Step: When the offense comes back to mind today, refuse to rehearse it. Redirect your thoughts toward something constructive.
